Science Demonstration Lecture

Science Demonstration Lectures are conducted in the Auditorium of the science centre for general public as well as students. On request these lectures are organized in schools also.The existing Science Demonstration Lecture(SDL) are on following topics.

"Dinosaurs" and "Wonder Materials" are two new SDL introduced in the Centre.

The SDL on "Dinosaurs" gives an idea about the prehistoric animals- Dinosaurs. It tells all about the Dinosaurs starting from their classification, food habit, defence mechanisms, body structure etc. till the extinction of Dinosaurs.

The SDL on "Wonder Materials" deals in Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic characters of some materials found in nature. This also tells how nature inspired to invent materials having the hydrophobic character that help in our day to day life.
